2. User Accounts and Registration

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email address, phone number, and other required details.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Free Demo Class

3.2 Paid Sessions

After the demo class, you may purchase tutoring packages:

• Payment must be made in advance through our secure payment system
• Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and may vary by location and package
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes
• Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors

3.3 Scheduling and Rescheduling

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance through your account or by contacting us
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in forfeiture of the session
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to tutor unavailability, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances

3.4 Refund Policy

• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• Unused sessions may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, subject to our approval
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@vidyamtutoring.com
• Processing time for approved refunds is 7-14 business days

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Provide accurate information when registering and booking sessions
• Attend scheduled sessions on time with necessary materials and technology
• Ensure a stable internet connection and appropriate device for online sessions
• Treat tutors and staff with respect and professionalism

• Not use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
